This commercial tenant finishing project showcases Lift Construction capabilities in the commercial space. Starting from an open shell, the team completed all interior framing, created defined office spaces and work areas, installed insulation and drywall, coordinated electrical and mechanical rough-ins, and delivered a fully finished, code-compliant commercial space. The open-ceiling industrial aesthetic was preserved while creating functional, modern work environments.
